No Longer Bored "Creating and Connecting a New City"
The "About Face" Children's Program is a collaborative, two-hour workshop for youth ages 5-11. The program starts with a group activity that allows children to find their own way into contemporary art through breaking rules and re-imagining each other's work. This activity is an entry point into understanding About Face and the processes the exhibiting artists went through. After a tour of the exhibition, we take on a second art project in which children work in pairs to construct a dream city.
