Breathing Waters Family Art-Making Workshop
Saturday, October 17 2015
12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Come share your story or invent your own visual narrative with No Longer Empty’s family art-making workshop series at the Seaport Culture District. Children of all ages are welcome to build a collective sculpture in the courtyard next to our gallery. Learn how to use objects like beads, shells, gems, photo negatives and fishing wire to create an artwork inspired by the magical and meditative qualities of water.
Kids and families are also invited to explore the labyrinth of touchable-art at our on-site art installation, Teresa Diehl: Breathing Waters. During the month of October we will explore the relationship of water to our city, through family art-making workshops inspired by this art piece and the Seaport.
