About the companies:

The Classical Theatre of Harlem and Dimona Theater/Cultural Lab are establishing an artistic dialogue that informs and deepens the quality of work offered to their respective audiences. Both companies—embedded geographically in underserved communities that share similar economic and social struggles—share a belief that thought-provoking theater can help build and sustain communities. At the same time, this production broadcasts to the global theater community that substantive, exciting, impactful theatre exists outside of Tel Aviv and outside of New York’s mid-town theater district.
