Kicking off the food weekend is La Cocina - a project by Puerto Rican artist Sofia Maldonado. Starting with a kitchen mural and culminating in a live cooking experience, Maldonado is eager to gather people around food and stimulate the conversation about Latin cuisine and other traditional and cultural dishes.
